Dr. Gwendolyn Perry Honore received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in Journalism and Mass Communications, respectively. The author also holds a certification in Secondary Education from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelors, Masters and Docorate Ministry in the Theology program from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Perry was ordained a Minister of the Gospel in May 2003 by Faith In Action Fellowship, International at Little Rock, Arkansas. For 35 years, the author was married to the late Cleo Perry, Sr. to whom three children were raised: Cleo, Jr., Dean and Carlos. She remarried on March 10, 2012 to Willie Honore and is the proud grandmother of five. Dr. Honore has been inspired to help women in their relationship journey beginning with her first book, "Too Scared To Tell" (released in 2003 under the name Gwendolyn King Perry) and her most recent, "Wise Wives Don't Run: But Sometimes They Wanna!"
