Summary
Once upon a time in China, two junior police officers find themselves embroiled in a thick conspiracy involving a priceless Goddess of Mercy jade statue. Their investigation bring them to Treasure Inn where smugglers and general treasure seekers alike congregate for the infrequent trading.
